Established as Essential Engineering, traders of worm gear units.

First Mumbai Unit

First manufacturing unit started in Mumbai.

Second Gujarat Unit

Second manufacturing unit opened in Valsad, Gujarat.

Cement Plant Gear Approved

VSK gear unit for mini cement plant approved by CRI.

Helical Gear Tech Innovated

Developed hardened and ground technology for helical gear units.

Gear Grinding Begins

Commissioned the first gear grinding machine.

Custom Motor for MUSCO

Manufactured custom helical geared motor for MUSCO's blooming mill.

15,000 KW Gear Developed

Designed and manufactured a 15,000 KW mill-duty gear unit for 4HI, 6HI, ETR, and DTR applications.
